Fixed quote first
A free scoping call, then a fixed price for the agreed scope. Changes are quoted before they happen.
Pay in stages
Typically 40% to start, 40% at the midpoint review and 20% on launch.
Day rate for extras
Additional work outside an agreed scope is charged at £750 per day.

Code, domain, hosting and data are yours. No licence fees for what we build.
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Final prices depend on scope and are confirmed in your quote.

Every business is different. Starting prices show where a typical project begins, and your fixed quote reflects your exact scope after a free scoping call.
Is the scoping call really free?
Yes. A 30-minute call to understand what you need. If the project is complex, we recommend a Zeg Compass sprint first.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Larger projects can be split into phases, each with its own fixed price, so you can spread the cost and review results as you go.
What about running costs like hosting and AI usage?
Hosting and AI model usage are billed by the providers directly to your accounts. We estimate these costs in your quote and design to keep them low.
